2007-2021 Tundra 50” Roof Light Bar Mounting System

Included Components:
Cantilever Mounting Brackets (x2)
- 3/16" thick steel plate (CNC lasercut & bent)
- heavy duty textured satin black powdercoat

Billet Mounting Bases (x2)
- 6061-T6 billet aluminum (CNC machined)
- recessed stainless steel threaded inserts
- bracket shims with wire management tabs
- zip ties

Hardware:
- high-strength stainless steel hardware
- closed cell polyurethane foam gaskets (x2)

Installation Tools & Supplies (included):
- 1/4" transfer punch
- threadlock
- RTV silicone
- 1/8" ball-end hex key
- drill template

Only additional tools required for installation:
- power drill w/ 1/4" drill bit
- ratchet w/ 7/16" and 10mm socket
- masking tape (optional but recommended)

Installation Process Overview:
- remove A-pillar trim and 2 front grab handles
- pull back headliner
- drill four 1/4" holes in roof channel
- bolt on brackets

Features:
- low profile (does not increase height of vehicle at all)
- super solid (does not vibrate or rattle like other mounts)

Tested 2.5+ years, on and off road with no failures of any kind. Zero maintenance or adjustment performed during this period.
